1. Trial Access

TrackMyPG may provide trial access so customers can evaluate product suitability before choosing a paid plan.

2. Subscription Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle and plan terms at the time of purchase.

The account owner is responsible for reviewing plan features and limits before payment.

3. Custom Development Services

For software or application development services, payment terms are defined in project proposals, statements of work, or contracts.

Work completed against approved milestones is generally non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

4. Refund Eligibility

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, or where required under applicable law.

5. How to Request a Refund Review

Our billing team will review the request and respond after verification.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future billing and does not retroactively refund completed billing periods unless covered above.
