Dashboard: edit profile, photo, social links; list of uploaded houses with Edit, View, Delete; booking status (Available/Booked). Add contact persons (max 2) with name, email, phone, address.

For Users (Room Seekers)

Browse all listings on home page. Search by location, place, area. Each listing shows name, rent, area, BHK, rating, availability. House details: rent, maintenance, electricity, notice period, facilities, amenities, nearby locations, description, terms, photos, contact person. Add listings to favorites (login required). Write reviews: 1–5 stars, text (min 10 chars). Share listings via Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Telegram, LinkedIn, or copy link. View public user profiles (photo, name, social links).

For Super Admin

View all registered users (name, email, phone, gender). View all houses (name, BHK, rent, area). Mark any listing as Featured or Verified. These badges display on listings and build trust. No direct booking on platform—users contact landlords; landlords update Available/Booked status in dashboard.
